Dear Rick and Sue, I took your class in Plymouth, MA last year taught by Skip. It took me all year to finish up the required Sea Time for a Master-Near Coastal, but I made it. I now have my License in hand and could not be more pleased. Best of all, I have retained almost all the knowledge I acquired in your class. Sue and Rick, I am really happy I decided to take your OUPV class Jan 28 - Feb 1. This was truly a terrific class taught by highly qualified people. It was grueling at times but still tremendous fun.
